As soon as your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to instantly
download your full color pattern in pdf format. You can start knitting within minutes!

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of downloadable purchases, I do not offer refunds. Once the item is downloaded,
it is in your computer and cannot be returned.. I make every effort to describe and
represent each design clearly so you know exactly what you are getting.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let me know so we can make things right.

WHAT ARE THE PATTERNS LIKE?
Most of my designs are charted. Which means they include a clear, easy to read, large format chart showing the order of stitches and colors to be used. The chart includes a key with stitch symbols and instructions. Written instructions are included for cast on and finishing
directions and any other necessary information. The pattern also includes a list of the
exact yarn and colors shown in my samples.
WHY AREN'T YOUR PATTERNS RATED FOR DIFFICULTY LEVELS?
My designs include something for all levels of skill and experience. But, sometimes,
labels can be confining and even a little misleading. You can usually tell by looking at a
design if it might be a little challenging or "beyond your skill level.". But don't let that stop you!
If you see a design you really love, go for it! Give it a try. Challenge yourself and learn something new..
If you get stuck on a particular stitch, do a little research on YouTube and push through it.
