Olympic Pattern
The ferns, mosses, and lichens of the Hoh Rain Forest cover nearly every surface creating a landscape of vibrant greens from the forest floor to the tops of the trees and every rock, branch, or tree trunk along the way. This fun-to-knit pattern (worked in the round from the bottom up) creates an organic landscape of stitches that seem to meander their way from the ribbing to the top of the beanie.

    • Knitted hat fits average adult size head 19" to 21"
    • One size.
    • Includes stitch chart for design along with written instructions for casting on and finishing only
    • Yarn: worsted weight, approximately 200 yds total
    • Needles: 16" circular needles in U.S. size 6 and 7. Double pointed needles in U.S. size 7.
    • Worked in the round from the bottom up.
    • Other supplies: Stitch markers.  Tapestry needle. Cable needle.
