From a purely recreational standpoint, there’s no shortage of opportunities for fun, adventure, and incredible sight-seeing on the rivers of California – rafting on the Kern, kayaking on the Russian, tubing on the Merced, fly fishing on the Smith, cruising on the Sacramento, or simply picnicing and enjoying the view along any of them. After all, you have almost 190,000 miles of rivers to choose from!
In 3 distinct sections of design, this beanie begins with a fun-to-knit ripple textured river just above the ribbing. A triangular patterned band comes next, inspired by the neutral colors and geometric shapes found on baskets from the Yurok tribe and other indigenous people of the river regions of California. The top section features a simple basket weave pattern.
